A newer iteration of Roy but with a lot of improvements.
The model (obviously) has bones and can be posed like its previous iteration.
The synthetic muscle suit now has this interesting outline effect. It was done with a procedural texture, but then was converted to an image texture.
This version uses hair cards (objects with see-through textures) instead of hair curves. This was done for export into Unreal engine. The scarf also no longer has bones because Unreal has cloth physics (blender technically has cloth physics too but they are slow and frustrating).
I also made an assortment of animations for the model, and placed it in unreal engine. You can see said animations here.
